The people at Café Mor wanted to make the best spiced rum out there and so began using wild-growing laver seaweed, foraged from the Welsh coast and infused alongside the medley of other delicious flavours, in an expertly made Caribbean rum, to create our unique seaweed spirit drink.
Locally sourced ingredients and Made In Wales, Barti seaweed rum is as unique and memorable as a West Wales sunset. Smooth enough to sip, but punchy enough to stand up in a mixer, Barti Rum can be enjoyed however you wish.
