Description
This is a NEIPA that leans heavily into that modern, "juice-forward" profile. It’s hazy, golden, and carries that signature soft mouthfeel that makes the style so incredibly moreish.
The Lowdown
- The Style: A New England IPA. It’s big, bold, and focused on hop aroma over harsh bitterness.
- The Stats: It sits at a solid 6.0% ABV, giving it a luxurious, rounded body that carries the tropical flavours perfectly.
- The Vibe: Silky, vibrant, and indulgent. It’s a "pints in the sun" kind of beer that doesn't hold back on the flavour.
The Hop Bill
They’ve selected a trio of heavy-hitters to deliver a massive tropical punch:
- Mosaic & El Dorado: These two do the heavy lifting, bringing huge bursts of ripe mango, pineapple, and juicy peach.
- Sabro: The secret weapon here, adding a distinct layer of creamy coconut and even more tropical depth.
Tasting Notes
On the pour, it’s a stunning, opaque gold with a thick, pillowy white head. The aroma is an absolute riot of stone fruit and coconut. The first sip is beautifully smooth, thanks to a healthy dose of creamy oats in the grist. You get waves of sweet tropical fruit followed by a light, biscuity sweetness and a very low, refined bitterness. It finishes with a smooth, fruity flourish that makes it dangerously easy to drink.
