Description
This is a thick, luscious New England Double IPA that focuses entirely on the magic of a single hop variety. It’s part of their "Dripping In…" series, where they take a high-spec hazy base and load it to the rafters with a specific hop to see exactly what it can do.
The Lowdown
- The Style: A New England / Hazy DIPA. It’s dense, opaque, and incredibly soft.
- The Stats: It’s a heavyweight at 8.0% ABV, providing a rich, warming body that carries the massive hop load with ease.
- The Vibe: Succulent, creamy, and "Peachy AF." It’s basically liquid sunshine for those who love their IPAs thick and fruit-forward.
The Hop Profile
This is an exclusive showcase of a legendary New Zealand variety, used in two different formats to squeeze out every drop of flavour:
- Peacharine (T90 & Hop Kief): Sourced from the legends at Freestyle Farms, they’ve used standard pellets alongside "Hop Kief" (a concentrated lupulin liquid). Expect an explosion of fresh peach, overripe nectarine, and apricot, backed up by secondary notes of pineapple and strawberry.
Tasting Notes
On the pour, it looks like a glass of fresh tropical juice—milky orange and completely opaque with a thick, creamy head. The aroma is incredible, hitting you with a wave of candied peaches and citrus zest. The first sip is remarkably "pillowy" and full-bodied; it’s sweet and juicy at first, bursting with stone fruit and mango, before finishing with a very subtle, resinous dankness and a soft, clean bitterness.
