- Cascade & Columbus: Adding a classic "zesty" punch with notes of citrus peel and a light, earthy herbal undertone.

Tasting Notes
On the pour, it’s a stunning, opaque orange-gold with a thick, frothy head. The aroma is an absolute riot of grapefruit and pine, with a lovely tropical sweetness underneath. The first sip is remarkably smooth and "pillowy" on the tongue, thanks to a heavy dose of oats and wheat in the grist. You get waves of juicy citrus and stone fruit, followed by a very clean, refreshing finish with just a whisper of resinous bitterness.
