The Hop Profile
They’ve used a “triple threat” of big-hitting American hops to deliver those massive tropical notes:
Mosaic: The heavy lifter, bringing layers of ripe mango, stone fruit, and a hint of earthy berry.
Simcoe: Adding a classic West Coast touch with its signature passion fruit and a clean, resinous pine finish.

Tasting Notes
