Nevertheless, you brought your A-game and we reviewed over 2,000 submissions before choosing long-time Vault City fan Joseph Cattmull’s unique recipe idea. We combined sweet, sour and spicy flavours with fresh apple, tropical mango, chilli flakes and blossom honey sourced from our pals at Scottish Bee Company (just 15 miles from the Vault City brewery).
