This American Pale Ale is a combination of just two malts and two hops.
Extra Pale and Caramalt meets Cascade and Citra. A classic combination.
The beer kicks in with a slight biscuity sweetness, followed by grapefruit, pine, and a whisper of tropical fruit.
This is all finished off by a lingering bitterness.
